Creative Home Stagers is a Charlotte NC based home staging company. Carol Smith is the founder of Creative Home Stagers. She is also a member of the International Association of Homes Staging Professionals (IAHSP) and is Ambassador for the Charlotte Chapter. She is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). The process of getting your home ready to sell can be an extremely daunting task. The team at Creative Home Stagers are here to help, we can do as much or as little as you need us to do. We can tackle any job – BIG or small. We will “stage” your entire home both inside and out including painting, de-cluttering and depersonalization as well as, finishing all those little projects you never had time to finish. We have solutions that will help each room, whether that is by renting or re-purposing furniture from another area of your home. We will ensure your home is staged to perfection. Staging Option 1 - Consultation If you want to Stage the property yourself, and simply want advice on how to prepare the property for sale, our Consultation is your solution. We will meet with you and review your home inside and out. With your permission, we will take digital photos and prepare a written Consultation Report. Staging Option 2 - Vacant Home Staging Buyers sometimes have difficulty visualizing a home or a room's full potential when it’s empty. Furnishing a home or a room, even with minimal furnishings, enables the buyer to get a better idea of how a room can be used and see its full potential. Staging Option 3 - Occupied Home Staging When potential buyers come to view a house, they need to be able to visualize themselves living in it. Buyers require the freedom to move their own things into each room visually and decide whether or not they could feel at home there.
