Suzanne founded Creative Planet Media in 2013, with her then partner, Peter Watson, after some 30 years in senior strategy and marketing roles in the travel & tourism sector, because of their strong business and industry commitment. In time they realised one of the biggest challenges for the industry today is successfully transitioning businesses into the digital world. Creative Planet Media is a Melbourne based consulting practice, helping businesses fashion their social strategy, train staff, drive leads, build their brand and grow sales. The company works with a range of talented & trusted professionals across a wide range of disciplines on projects as required. Suzanne has held senior strategy, marketing and consulting roles with some of the best brands in the Australian industry including the Jetset Travelworld Group, Webjet and The Wren Partnership & has worked in the industry in Australia and U.K. Today her passion is small business because of the vital role these businesses play in helping Australia deliver a strong economy. She identifies strongly with the challenges faced by SMEs integrating social into their business. Her experience working with franchise networks, ensures she has a practical business style. Today, helping these businesses succeed, is her mission.
