Harvey has almost twenty years of experience in business development, with a further nine in property investment. Described as an ‘energetic achiever’ with a strong will to succeed, Harvey specialises in identifying residential and commercial properties for acquisition and development, all of which are suitable for inclusion in high-yield portfolios. Harvey’s many years in the world of business development and property investment have helped him to build an impressive network of professional and legal contacts – all of whom can be leveraged by CDS clients to ensure the best possible outcomes.
