About Creighton & Partners

Creighton & Partners are a niche family law practice based in Central London in Holborn. We also have an office in Staines, Middlesex. We do both private and publicly funded work. Our Private Family Law department specialises in divorce, financial matters arising from the divorce or the separation of married and un-married couples, children and the breakdown of civil partnerships. We also advise on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements as well as injunctions where there have been incidents of domestic violence or harassment. Our Public Law Children Department represents local authorities, children and parents in care proceedings. Our private children department advises on residence and contact arrangements, as well as financial arrangements, for children. Many of our solicitors are members of the Law Society’s Children Panel and Resolution Accredited Specialists. We also have a Mental Health Law Department with solicitors who are members of the Law Society’s Mental Health Tribunal Panel.
