But you’d never guess it’s also dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and vegan. That’s because each batch is handcrafted by former Michelin star pastry chef Olivia Green. Of course, you don’t need to be vegan or have a complicated relationship with milk to enjoy every scoop. All you need is a spoon. Or a shovel—we don’t judge.
