CREME was established as a joint venture in 2004 between a Regional Development Agency (East Midlands Development Agency) with a passion for promoting enterprise amongst all communities, and a group of researchers committed to making a difference to practitioners as well as the academy. CREME is a leading contributor to academic and policy debates on ethnic minority entrepreneurship.
