Crescent Designed Metals was founded by Albert & Joseph Milani in 1990 in Philadelphia, PA. Today, a second generation of the Milani family owns & operates the business. The last 33 years have seen the Crescent Designed Metals’ Team refine and continuously improve upon our considerable expertise and experience in fabrication, finishing, engineering, design & project management. This experience and expertise is the foundation upon which we craft both historic reproductions and new designs of exceptional quality and finish in bronze, stainless steel, zinc, glass & aluminum, incorporating custom castings, custom extrusions, machined, laser and water jet cut parts and stock metal shapes. We know that quality is a product of the right people, the right equipment, and the right culture. At Crescent Designed Metals, quality fabrication is ingrained in our people and our business culture. Precision forming, fitting, welding and finishing are at the core of every item we produce. Nonetheless, we understand and consistently meet the rigorous design, coordination and scheduling challenges of today’s commercial construction environment. Custom finishes, many meticulously and proudly hand-applied by our artisans, include a wide range of Bronze Patinas with clear & tinted lacquers or wax, Stainless Steel with Brushed, Polished, Bead-Blasted or Blackened & Patina finishes, and Powder Coated Aluminum.
