Crestwood Energy, Inc. is a search fund created by our investors to seek out investment opportunities in renewable energy. You can read more about us at www.crestwoodenergy.com. Our target acquisitions include companies that produce or transport power, fuels, or otherwise manufacture equipment in support of the energy industry. In addition our affiliates would be interested in seeing opportunities in support of their businesses, including metals manufacturing, capital equipment manufacturing, and agricultural products manufacturing. As equity investors, we are seeking to purchase companies that can produce (or be made to produce) returns over the long term. Our exit strategy is generally to allow our offspring to deal with the company after we are gone. The investment size of interest is in the lower middle market. The preferred location is within the US, the smaller the entity, the closer the acquisition would need to be to the Midwest. To date, Crestwood Energy has executed the purchase of four natural gas fueled cogeneration power plants with a combined capacity of 125 MW. All of them are located in the west. In addition, we have invested directly and indirectly in ethanol, wind, solar power, hydro power, grid storage and landfill gas opportunities.
