At Crew Pickleball Club (CPC), our mission is to create an engaging, accessible, and fun environment where youth can discover, develop, and thrive in the sport of pickleball. Our name is a nod to the roots of pickleball and the Bainbridge Island, WA founders of the sport who shared love of rowing. In rowing, a “pickle boat” is a crew made up of rowers from different teams—much like the inclusive and community-driven spirit of pickleball. At Crew Pickleball Club, we bring people together from all backgrounds to enjoy the game, grow their skills, and have fun—just like a great crew. We are committed to fostering skill development, sportsmanship, and a sense of belonging through high quality programming designed specifically for young players. Our youth initiatives include dynamic camps, beginner clinics, advanced training sessions, and competitive leagues—all aimed at building confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love for the game. Beyond skill-building, we prioritize accessibility and community engagement. Through outreach efforts and partnerships, we work to ensure that pickleball is available to as many young athletes as possible. Our programs provide a welcoming space where kids can learn, compete, and grow both on and off the court.
