However, our range of services has expanded considerably over the years and we now handle complex household claims and commercial losses, particularly in the Real Estate sector. We operate a traditional loss adjusting model but use sophisticated technology where this enhances the service we provide to the insurer, broker and their customers. Criterion are totally committed to providing a highly professional and efficient claims handling and loss adjusting service. We also have the complimentary ‘Criterion Surveying’ service providing appraisals for listed buildings, high value houses and unique homes throughout the UK undertaken by our separate surveying team.
