We offer our clients two main services: Business Consulting Services that assist in strategy formulation and deployment and business process improvement methods and tools that can transform your business to be lean and customer focused. This helps our clients focus on where to play and how to win, turn customers into raving fans and ultimately maximizing value creation. We also offer our manufacturing clients low-cost region supply chain solutions mainly consisting of high precision machined parts, injection molded parts, forgings, castings and fabricated parts where we typically can save our clients up to 30% in material cost savings without sacrificing on quality. You may ask why are unique? We are unique in that we take the time to listen and understand our client’s challenges and needs and tailor our approach accordingly. This may sound like an unusual name for a Strategy Consulting company but lets us explain. Why the name CRITERIUM? The Criterium is about a cyclist or in our case a business being at the starting gate with your competitors vying for position to become leader of the pack once the race or the competition of grabbing market share begins. Our goal and mission is to help our clients find and navigate through collaborative strategies that will enable them to break from the peloton (differentiate from the competition) to take the lead and maintain their leading position well into the future.
