Since day one Critical Project Resourcing’s vision has always been to ‘build a better Britain, through people, one job at a time’. This is reflected in the roles recruited for on a day-to-day basis. Established in 2004, Critical Project Resourcing specialises in Infrastructure and Transportation Recruitment within the Private and Public Sectors, as well as Operational Recruitment for Local Authorities. This allows the consultants to provide work and place people in roles that truly do affect the whole of Britain. Over the past decade Critical Project Resourcing has developed strong specialisms including Rail, Highways, Civil Engineering & Structures, Mechanical & Electrical Services and Local Government. A year after launching we started to provide temporary recruitment services within the Local Government markets across London. Initially they were within technical bias roles due to our strong Infrastructure roots. However, our recruitment services have now cascaded across all core operational management markets (including Finance, Marketing, IT, Procurement and HR) and multiple locations in the UK. The combination of Infrastructure Engineering Recruitment and Operational Management Recruitment fulfils our founding market offering to be focused on critical project resourcing.
