Croatian Crop Protection Association (CROCPA) represents crop protection industry in the Republic of Croatia. We are a member of the European Crop Protection Association based in Brussels (www.ecpa.eu). Innovative and science-based, our solutions keep crops healthy and contribute to providing citizens with a safe, affordable, healthy and sustainable food supply. We deliver awareness raising and stewardship activities for the safe and sustainable use of pesticides, encouraging management practices that safeguard harvests, human health, and the environment. CROCPA is currently performing 3 stewardship projects: Container Management System - Crocpa EKO MODEL, Safe Use of Pesticides and Stop Illegal Pesticides. Association’s main activities are related to regulatory issues and to sustainable use of pesticides. We have produced many brochures, leaflets and videos related to plant science and stewardship projects that we perform. Advisory Service within the Ministry of Agriculture is a key CROCPA partner in performing all activities related to our projects: Crocpa Eko model, Safe Use of Pesticides and Stop Illegal pesticides. We have organized many trainings and lectures for farmers during all those years with the purpose to raise the awareness of the safe use of pesticides. We usually organize Events and Workshops with all the important stakeholders involved in plant science and agriculture.
