Croma-Pharma GmbH is a globally operating, family-owned Austrian company situated in Leobendorf in Lower Austria. It was founded in 1976 by pharmacist couple Karin and Gerhard Prinz and has specialized in the industrial production of hyaluronic acid medical devices. Following the sale of the ophthalmic as well as the orthopaedic product portfolios in 2014, Croma decided to focus on extending and further optimizing its own brands in the field of minimally invasive aesthetic medicine, which represents one of the growth sectors of modern medicine. The company has dedicated itself to offering a complete product portfolio to medical professionals, the centerpiece of which constitute the hyaluronic acid fillers.
