We provide Commercial Structural Design for: -Steel, concrete, timber, and masonry design. -Letters of assessment for structural adequacy of existing structures. -Miscellaneous structural design, whether you need something crated, hoisted or temporarily supported we can provide the most economical structural solution. We also provide Structural Inspection Services for: -New construction as required per job. -As recommended by a home inspector prior to the purchase of a house. -As required by your local building department. -Prior to renovation work to determine if structural changes are required. -Inspections of foundations due to cracking of concrete walls, drywall, etc. -Any other structure showing potential signs of structural damage/failure (corrosion, deflection, cracking, etc.).
