CCC delivers culturally responsive solutions to close the cultural gap across current processes, taking a collaborative and integrated approach with consideration to skills, gender, culture and context when building a team for a project. The company operates with a small local based core team and a network of partners and associates, with experience in hands-on capacity building, engagement, evaluation, participatory learning and action at project, program and policy levels. Working in a culturally safe and responsive way to maintain transparency, respect and trust amongst community members, with a wide range of project experiences, their approach to all projects is to work closely with the client to ensure cultural inclusiveness, and that services and programs support best practice cross cultural inclusion. CCC has been working for 35 years evaluating, reviewing, co-designing, developing, and delivering innovative and culturally appropriate and responsive solutions. Having also worked in over 30 remote Community locations, with Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal owned, led, and managed businesses and organisations, Government, and the private sector. Underpinning all levels of their work are the company’s core values, which prioritise cross cultural sensitivity, flexibility and adaptability; participation in learning and strengths-based capacity and community development. CCC are Supply Nation Certified, a certified member of the Northern Territory Indigenous Business Network (NTIBN) and the Chamber of Commerce Northern Territory (CCNT).
