CrossFit Apogee is a Reebok Recognized 5,000 sq/ft. group training facility that provides FREE supervised kidcare, private men’s and women’s showers, and air conditioning, located on Big Bend Rd, just west of I-75. We offer CrossFit group classes as well as personal training. CrossFit classes are supervised by multiple certified CrossFit coaches whose sole job is to help you get in great shape, through safe, functional movements. We offer Beginnner, Intermediate and Competitor-level workouts. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like running, rowing, jumping, pushing, pulling, and squatting), all within a great environment full of fun-loving, supportive people. reebokSmall - reebok recognized CrossFit Apogee is one of only 225 boxes in the United States that are “Reebok Recognized” as a premier CrossFit box. As you learn to safely execute the movements, your intensity increases, not before. All workouts are scaled to the capacity of the athlete. This allows for athletes of all fitness levels, from beginner to elite, to go through the same workout in a group session, only scaled to their current fitness level. This ensures a safe progression as your capacity and capability increase.
