Located on Hove seafront, our 5200sq ft facility is one of the biggest of its kind in the UK and we offer a vast array of private training programmes and group classes every week to suit all abilities. With no machines, no mirrors and no pretence we're a gym unlike what you're used to. Our facility is filled with a collection of equipment that will get you into the best shape of your life if you are prepared to work hard; pull-up rigs, kettlebells, sledges, barbells, ropes and even the odd tyre or two. We're about functional fitness, natural movements, healthy nutrition and top quality coaching every session. We're friendly, knowledgeable and have a member spirit like no traditional gym can offer, while continually striving to provide the best programming in the area.
