3,2,1, go! CrossFit Pilatus operates two boxes: the only CrossFit Box in the magnificent city of Lucerne and the premier Box in the region of Sursee. CrossFit Pilatus is dedicated to improve people’s fitness, health and longevity. Our coaches are highly qualified in both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. The owners of CrossFit Pilatus hold master degrees in Sports Sciences from leading Swiss and International Universities. We endeavour to support our members to reach their personal level of excellence, along with building a strong community. Our facilities are well equipped with everything you would require for a high standard workout. We create our own daily workouts based on the CrossFit methodology, adapting the workout to support all fitness levels, from beginners to high performance athletes. We also offer workouts for seniors. We believe in the power of social support through small group training sessions, which in turn builds a community spirit and improves health and fitness. Our crossfit workouts are dynamic in nature as we are dedicated to integrate a variety of functional movements, (weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, plyometrics etc.), which provides intense workouts aimed at optimizing performance. At CrossFit Pilatus we are committed to offering a variety of services along with CrossFit training. Our services include, corporate health programs, seminars on training and health related topics.
