Crossgrove Pty Ltd delivers projects to predominantly Local Council, State and Federal Government clients. We are experienced and highly capable in the delivery of building, heritage, remedial and civil construction projects, particularly difficult, complex and challenging projects. Commencing operations in 1987, Crossgrove Pty Ltd is a Sydney based heritage building and specialist civil engineering firm. Our core capability is difficult or complex projects, both building and civil engineering. We consistently work with clients and consultants to produce tailored and efficient solutions to challenging projects. Crossgrove Pty Ltd is a privately owned company, strongly focused on maintaining direct communication, transparency and cooperation at each stage of every project. Our size and structure ensures a swift response and that rapid and directly accountable decisions are made at all levels, be it from the director, project manager or site supervisor. By maintaining a realistic and sustainable workload of projects, Crossgrove Pty Ltd is able to provide a high level of service, quality and responsiveness expected by our clients. Where possible Crossgrove Pty Ltd undertakes works utilising company resoruces, an approach which enables greater control of quality, program and cost outcomes. Understanding also that each and every project requires specialised and experienced subcontractors and suppliers, we have developed long term and successful relationships since our inception with suppliers and subcontractors whom continue to work with us today.
