Crossley Hill Chartered Surveyors are an independent firm of RICS regulated construction consultants based in the Cornish Cathedral city of Truro. The consultancy brings together the skills and combined 50 years of experience of two Chartered Surveyors. Phil Crossley is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, qualified Project Manager and BREEAM Accredited Professional. Daryl Hill is a Chartered Building Surveyor, Principal Designer and Party Wall Surveyor. Having worked together as Chartered Surveyors since 2008 we have established CHCS to enable us to deliver a bespoke construction consultancy service to our clients. All clients have different values and all projects are unique. Equally clients have different experience and knowledge levels in the construction industry. Our goal is to work with our clients to ensure that we are providing the precise service that they require for success. Our combined knowledge and skills compliment and enable us to provide a service for all projects and all clients.
