Our cleaning products range from "green" peroxide-based solutions to hospital-grade disinfectants, and you can choose which products you would like to be utilized for your facility. In addition to janitorial services, we also offer 1-story exterior window cleaning, carpet cleaning, hard floor care, sterile fumigation, and driveway/walkway pressure washing. The pricing of our services is dependent upon your location, facility size, frequency of cleaning, and amount of services you would like us to provide. Our current starting rate is $13.00 per hour for janitorial and residential services, while special projects such as floor care are charged independently. We will offer to incorporate special projects into our standard hourly rate if enough projects are scheduled for our contracted customers. There are no required contracts, but we do offer discounts to customers who sign a contract.
