Trevor Cousins and Neill Thew founded Cru to create the best place for millennials to learn how to lead positive change. Our clients are millennial leaders who want to make an impact and lead with confidence. They're leaders who understand that leadership is the art of bringing people together to create positive change. They're leaders who want to grow and develop their leadership as part of a community of like-minded next-generation leaders. Cru works with experienced, new and aspiring millennial leaders. We can help you develop your leadership confidence and impact in three ways: 1 – if you want accelerated, individual leadership development, we offer online leadership coaching that you’ll find supportive, challenging and effective; 2 – if you want to improve your leadership as part of an inspiring community of next-generation leaders, we offer two essential 12-week online leadership journeys for groups of up to 12 participants: Lead From Where You Are and Lead From Who You Are; 3 – and if you’re looking for tailored organisational development, we offer leadership consultancy. We design and deliver bespoke, in-house leadership programmes, often complimented by individual coaching. We’ve worked successfully with organisations of all sizes, across the corporate, education and non-profit sectors. We particularly enjoy working with organizations facing rapid or complex change.
