At Cru, we are guided by the age-old adage that great wine is grown, not made. And we know that the people who grow great wines are integral in the cycle. We understand the efforts and anxieties that go into growing wine. We live it daily in our own vineyard, Stratus, in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
