Crusto provides exquisite freshly handmade breads and pastries. Crusto is your one stop shop for a fantastic bakery and culinary experience. We are recognized for our technical innovations, new recipes, innovative store designs and a constant search for the best quality ingredients. The bread is signature, artisanal and freshly baked very day in the baking rooms of each of our bakeries. The pastries are renown and the food is tailor made to your preference, making the visit to Crusto a complete and full experience. Enjoy our attention to detail and quality salads, soups, sandwiches, cocas and many other cooked to perfection dishes. All of our breads are produced with natural liquid leaven, kneaded, shaped and baked each day in our baking rooms. We carry 90 varieties of bread as well as 40 types of cakes and pastries, together with sandwiches, quiches and salads. We serve breakfasts and brunches and a lunch menu one can take away or enjoy at the restaurant. Each store has its own bakery, its own oven, this is crucial to reproducing the recipes that lead to the success of the master baker in Barcelona many years ago. CRUSTÓ es la nueva panadería de barrio que conserva, respeta y mantiene la tradición del PAN artesano en toda su genuinidad y te lo ofrece fresco a toda hora.
