About Crux Hand Care

At Crux, our mission is to educate climbers on how to prevent/recover from injuries and to elevate their potential in a safe, effective manner. We provide rehabilitative services to climbers in the Chicago-land area who are injured or training, coaching and education to all climbers that want to avoid injury, improve their skills, and decrease recovery time. Our coaches and therapists customize treatments and training plans for an individualized approach to care that will help you conquer your climbs.
