Notre ambition de devenir la référence française dans l’univers de la pâte de fruits et du fruit confit trouve une première reconnaissance avec l’obtention du label “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant”. Décerné par l’État, l’EPV distingue les entreprises françaises aux savoir-faire artisanaux d’excellence. --- The fruit, treasure of the nature is, since 1880, our unique source of inspiration and creativity. With respect of the know-how and the tradition of excellence of the Auvergne Confectionary Masters, we select our fruits in the heart of the countries, for their subtle flavors, the intensity of their colors and the delicacy of their pulps. Harvested at perfect maturity, they are transformed in fruits jellies or slowly candied in an artisanal way. These processes allow us to keep all the qualities of the fruit. Always looking for innovation, we create every year several bold and gourmet creations. Our ambition of becoming the French reference in the universe of fruits jellies and candied fruits finds its first recognition with the obtainment of the certificate “Entreprise Vivante du Patrimoine” (Business Living Heritage). Given by the State, the “EVP” distinguished the French companies with excellence know-how.
