Crying Out Loud (formerly Lost + Found) was born of a desire to pursue and promote self-care and the care of others, and our commitment to acknowledging and honouring all of life's ups and downs. At Crying Out Loud, we seek to redefine the journey of mental wellbeing through a thoughtful curation of self and community-care products, and curated care packages for all of life’s moments, especially the tougher ones. The goal isn’t to strive for perfection, but to achieve a healthy balance that allows us to survive and thrive in the face of adversity. Our product selection includes books, journals, cards, essential oils, personal care items, mindfulness and meditation accessories, loungewear, home comfort essentials, and much more. In addition to retail offerings, Crying Out Loud also offers workshops and community events (currently virtual) promoting wellness through learning and social connection.
