About CryoSport Recovery

I am the owner of a innovative business Cryo Sport Recovery,and I live in South East Wales with my partner Pete and 4 beautiful dogs who definitely keep me active! My vision and passion in life is to help my clients improve their wellbeing, whether this is due to an injury, aches and pains from a postural perspective, increasing flexibility or improving an element of their lifestyle. In order to do this, I will be offering three different types of therapy to support my clients to enhance their lives. The idea of CryoSport Recovery started a few years ago when I was inspired by the transformation of a friend who suffers from fibromyalgia after she completed a course of cryotherapy sessions. This led me to take the opportunity to become more involved with helping to improve the well-being of individuals. I have always been interested in health and fitness, worked in a gym as a qualified weights coach and completed a Certificate in Nutrition so that I could learn more about how food affects our body. Following my studies into sports massage and further research to understand how fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome works, my vision grew and my treatments now include cryotherapy, sports massage and NLP coaching, which will give my clients a more natural, holistic, and balanced approach to improve their well-being.
