We believe in providing friendly, personalized service and tailor this service to the needs of our customers. Crystal Aquatics has been a family owned and operated business for over 35 years. We specialize in servicing large community swimming pools in a small portion of Northern Virginia. This allows us to be only moments away from your needs. Swimming pools managed by Crystal Aquatics are subject to the highest standards in safety, cleanliness and customer service. We are unique in that all pools managed by Crystal Aquatics are visited on a daily basis by a supervisor of the Crystal Aquatics management staff. Each of these supervisors are assigned a small number of pools in a geographic area. This allows us a hands on approach and assures consistency from pool to pool. It is the responsibility of the supervisor to identify and deal with problems before they come to the attention of the pool's patrons. Without this constant supervision, the success and failure of our facility is left to chance. Safety is by far the most important factor to consider when choosing a management company. We work year round to stay on top of the latest safety techniques and technology. Safety training is a continuous process and for this reason, we have a separate division that is dedicated to aquatic training. In addition we have a separate division that is prepared to offer you the widest range of service and repair options. Crystal Aquatics, Inc. is a Commonwealth of Virginia licensed "class A contractor."
