We perform risk quality assessments based on controls and monitoring as defined by the GCF to ensure compliance thereof throughout the Application Lifecycle using best practice of ITIL, COBIT & PMBOK. We manage the engagements with our Project, Program and Portfolio Management skills. We have proven the enablement of a working sustainable GCF at: City of Johannesburg Anglo American Sasol utilising our Managing of the Governance Control Framework (GCF) fulfilling the requirements of Business-Information-Data-Application-Technology-Security through the various phases of the Application Lifecycle. By way of Business Process Management (BPM) we capture the Business Requirements and through Quality Risk Assurance processes, we assist in ensuring that what was designed, built, tested and deployed fulfils the Business Requirement (i.e. completing the cycle).
