CSF-int / Chefs Sans Frontieres is a not for profit fund raising body that is made up of mainly leading chefs, bakers, chocolatiers, pastry chefs and foodies from around the world. CSFint has been developed to assist artisan food and drink producers that lose livelihoods due to natural disasters. The likes of nut farmers, bee keepers, small boat fishermen, shepherds, to name but a few. These artisans are basically the beating hearts of a nation that retain traditional skills, cultural diversity and culinary heritage. They help support food tourism, travel industry and that of the hospitality sector. They offer a point of difference. CSF_int, help raise funds to support in times of need, replace livestock, equipment and materials that are needed for the artisan to survive, put food on their families tables and that of the local community. Natural disasters are on the increase and with every fire, flood and earthquake we lose these very artisans that add a point of difference. We also assist in the education arena, helping to support our next generation of young learn and understand the importance of growing food, eating a healthy balanced diet and learning how to cook.
