About CSK Home Care

CSK Home Care Ltd was established in 2024 by founding Directors: Charlotte, Sally and Kimberley. Together, we are three Degree Level Registered Nurses with specialist backgrounds in respiratory and community nursing care, with over 40 years of experience. Throughout our careers, the demand for continuous and personalised domiciliary care has always been apparent, however, the interest and passion to establish CSK Home Care Ltd was sparked during our latest roles, as Community Respiratory Specialist Nursing Sisters. Visiting patients in their own homes has further emphasised how important domiciliary care is. We provide a wide range of domiciliary care for those in the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin areas, including: Long-term regular care, which may range from one call per week to several calls per day. Palliative or end of life care. Respite care at home. Emergency and short-term support in a crisis (organised and paid for by the local authority or available privately). Short-term re-enablement support, which could include post-discharge care (organised and paid for by the local authority or available privately). Short-term care during post-operative recovery. Bridging care whilst long-term plans are underway. We understand that no two individuals are the same. Using a holistic approach, we will create a person-centred care package which meets your needs and preferences. Your bespoke package may include: Personal care. Errands and shopping. Cleaning and household tasks. Meal preparation and assistance. Mobility assistance. Safe administration of medicines. Safe and well checks. Support with social outings and appointments. Companionship. Encouragement and empowerment to maximise independence and improve self-esteem.
