CSY Construction Ltd is a well-established carpentry and joinery specialist with over 15 years experience in the construction industry. We are based in Southampton and work primarily across Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey and West Sussex, but can also work easily across the South West and the South East on appropriate projects. The trades team is fully professional and is composed of highly trained and experienced workers, some multi-trade trained. They certainly help us to achieve our goals in delivering first class service to all our clients. We cover all types of commercial, leisure, care, education and residential project and pride ourselves on our ability to deliver projects of any size and complexity on time while providing high quality finishes with full attention to detail. We also have strong links to other professional and experienced trades such as dry liners, painters/decorators, plasterers, plumbers and electricians. Where required, we can handle smaller projects on a multi-trade basis in addition to our main business in carpentry and joinery. We are specialists in first fixing of timber items, such as floors and timber framed buildings, i.e., those areas of construction normally hidden in a finished building and second fix – the construction/installation of items such as worktops, skirting boards, architraves, doors and pre-constructed joinery items for bars, reception desking and so on. Typically, we handle carpentry and joinery contracts from around £10,000 to £200,000 and can work on a labour-only basis if required. Recent contracts range from work on two David Lloyd Leisure Centers in Newbury and Ware to a major 850-room Student Accommodation development in Portsmouth where, for example, we were fitting over 1,800 fire doors together with the installation of kitchens across this 24-storey development.
