CTP owns and manages one of Europe's largest networks of industrial and logistics parks for our growing network of 1,500+ clients. Our clients typically come from the logistics, manufacturing, retail, and high-tech sectors and are a mix of growing domestic brands and international companies. Our business model allows clients to focus on their business and its success. The proof? Two-thirds of our new business is generated by our existing clients expanding with us, and we’re growing fast together. Today, our portfolio has more than doubled since our IPO, covering 13.5 million sqm of built-up area across ten unique country markets. Across all our markets, we provide our clients a seamless full-service real estate solution—from site selection and design to construction and permitting. This helps our clients hit the ground running in new locations and focus on their business’s success. We have five ultra-customisable building design templates, enabling fast delivery for our clients, while meeting their unique business needs. Our parks host a variety of amenities depending on the location and what they need, like shuttle buses, medical points, and housing.
