We think of ourselves as a Boutique Importer. Meaning we connect with our clients from the very beginning of the quote & order process all the way to the invoice process. We're a very personal hands on company. Unlike other importers, we are getting our quotes back to our clients in 24 hours or less. Provided the client gives us detailed specs that we can share with our partners overseas. We stand by our products with a 100% guarantee. All of our products are made to order. We carry no inventory & our products are made based on clients specs. We're experts in custom clothing such as polos, dye sub shirts, & hats with a low MOQ. Our pricing is very simple. One price includes everything: All set up charges, customs, duties, actual pre production proofs & freight to the client's end-user. The only time price changes is if the specs change, after the order is placed. We try to make the import process very simple for our clients. In most cases, we hear from our clients that CUB EXPRESS is much easier to deal with than domestic sources. We have 99% on time delivery to our clients. We ship 3 methods. Slow sea, Fast sea, Air freight. Methods of shipping are determined based on in hand delivery dates provided by our clients. We ship & deliver quicker than most importers. We have a 3 tier inspection & QC check This ensures the products are the exact products ordered based on the client's PO. We can provide detailed pictures of our orders, as they are prepared to ship to showcase the client what they can expect.
