Our launch product is the Reusable Super Seal Plug. Some of the benefits of this system are listed below. •The SSP Cap will form a complete inner seal of the scaffold tube. •Fully removable & reusable. •Availabe in a range of colours to enable easy identification. •Can be easily positioned at a depth that allows it to be used with a joint pin. •Ideal for use in areas where contamination such as asbestos and kayo-wool could enter the tube. This plug will alleviate the need to clean the inside of the tubes after exposure. •Will stop cross contamination in food processing, pharmaceutical production and many other highly sensitive areas, by keeping any residue or contaminates inside the tubes. •Transponders can be easily fitted, for tracking movement of tubes (e.g. Nuclear power stations, or other highly controlled areas). •Removes the potential of foreign objects entering the tube. • Fully compatible with the use of base plates. •Inserting the SSP is fast & can be safely installed with simple hand tools. •Easy to fit in stacks of tube, even if they are not all flush, allowing a perfect fit every time. •Tamper proof, removable with the special tool. •When erecting scaffolding on jetties or other structures that are submerged by tidal waters, the SSP will stop the inside of the tubes from silting up. When the scaffold is dismantled there will be no manual handling problems with the excess weight, also removing the need to clean out the inside of the tubes.
