Cubi-Tech are experts in extrusion processing, able to design, optimize and manufacture a wide range of dosage forms including; ODTs, Solid dispersion's, Granules, Tablets, Co-Crystals, Salts, hydrates/solvates, drug-loaded films and filaments and more. On top of this Cubi-Tech has a advanced 3D printing capabilities, allowing us to produce drug loaded filament, to be 3D printed into specialized dosage forms. Cubi-Tech has a number of computational and experimental techniques to allow for thorough drug screening at its disposal, as well as a pedigree in identifying former for multi-component systems and co-amorphous drugs, allowing us to find the best rout for enhancing your API. Cubi-Tech is equipped with a range of physical, chemical, dissolution, stability and microbiological testing equipment to allow us to discover every necessary detail about a molecule to suit our customers formulation, development and validation needs. Led by our experienced team, our analytical services compliment our proficiency in drug development and manufacturing to provide the most efficient path to success for our customers. Cubi-Tech owns a number of proprietary Technologies including Hot-Dry extrusion granulation (HDEG), Ibuprofen ODTs and Solid-State Thermomechanical Engineering (SiSTME).
