Did you know that most of us will spend about a 1/3 of our lives at work? Scary, huh? Just like you, we live in cubicles Monday through Friday. And, we go through the same struggles and challenges with office life. Everything from overlapping deadlines, multiple bosses, bullshit office politics, soul-crushing commutes, work jerks, computer meltdowns, noisy workplaces, etc. The list can go on and on. Life is hard enough and when our work life piles on even more, it feels like we’re drowning in a sea of stress...with ankle weights...barely able to keep our head above water. But somehow through it all, we all manage to pull through and survive another day. It’s a daily struggle that shouldn’t be so hard. This is where we come in. We all share a common world - cubicle life. It’s a tough thing. We all go through the same issues and headaches. What we do here is share our thoughts, feelings and in many instances, a few good ideas and strategies to help you get through the day and make it home with your sanity intact.
