We would like to share the love for the country and the passion for that cooking with you. We are happy to take you on one of our many culinary discovery tours of this beautiful country. Our culinary trips are designed for lovers of ‘la dolce vita’, Apart from the cooking classes, trips to local producers of fine products are on the programme. These are small, passionate family farms that are proud of their product and welcome us with unprecedented and heartwarming hospitality. We also eat at authentic local restaurants or in the families' homes. To what extent you are at home in Italian cuisine is not important. There are participants who have cooked with us for years and participants who are just going along to get acquainted with the ‘real’ Italian cuisine. The atmosphere is informal and cooking and enjoying together always proves to be the unifying factor.
