About Cullaborate
Cullaborate provides a range of dispute resolution services to Australian organisations in both the private and public sector. Commercial conflict - Our clients are experiencing the financial and human cost of conflict in their business and need external intervention to resolve problems and influence change. We offer a range of interventions including mediation, facilitation, coaching, training, investigation and root cause analysis. Customer complaints - We provide complaints handling training for staff and facilitate root cause analysis to help identify the real underlying causes of problems/complaints. Many of our clients need to be compliant with AS 10,002 and we help them with this via audit and other measures including system design and training. Social media complaints - We provide training for organisations so that their social media managers can appropriately respond to online customer complaints. We help organisations to get the most out of their social media channels by tapping into customer feedback and complaints. Team building - We are passionate about collaboration as a key process for achieving positive change. Recently, we managed a workplace change initiative involving a team of 100 people where the goal was to work more collaboratively together! Our latest training workshop "Building conflict resilient workplaces" was launched in Canberra in April 2014 and provides tools for staff to build resilience and manage workplace conflict.
