About Culture at Work
Culture at Work Ltd supplies advisory, consulting, leadership and ILM accredited coaching and training services for organisations anywhere in the world by distance and live. We are cross cultural specialists accustomed to working with mixed nationality groups and able to deliver in all main languages. We are an accredited by the Association for Coaching and as an ILM Centre. We deliver coaching skills programmes in 34 countries and 8 languages, to clients including RFU England Rugby, PMI (Philip Morris), Hilti, IKEA, IPF (International Personal Finance), CLM ( 2012 Olympic Construction Consortium), GE Healthcare, IG, NCR (National Cash Registers), ESF Hong Kong, Alinma Bank Riyadh and public sector organisations including county councils, schools, Arts Council England and leading hospital trusts for the NHS. Founder and programme designer Carol Wilson is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management, the Association for Coaching and the Professional Speaking Association. Carol co-founded our associated company Performance Coach Training Ltd with Sir John Whitmore, is a Member of the Global Advisory Panel to the Association for Coaching and a Trustee to charity www.moefoundation.com, where she designs and delivers courses to underprivileged young people and the African Prisons Project. She has won and been nominated for several awards, authored or contributed to 6 books and has published over 50 articles. Carol experienced the value of a coaching culture at first hand during a decade working at board level with Sir Richard Branson at Virgin, later holding board level positions with Island Records, Warner Brothers and Polygram. Through 25 years of working at a senior corporate level she has a unique understanding of the requirements of managers in the training room.
