We are proud to share the launch of *Culture on Fire* — a new international initiative led by a small group of us across different nations, who are committed to transforming culture in the fire and emergency services. This is more than a conversation — it's a movement! We are women, men, LGBTQIA+, Indigenous, neurodiverse, culturally and linguistically diverse, allies and advocates — united by lived experience and the deep belief that fire services can be inclusive, equitable, and safe for all. *Culture on Fire* aims to connect people, examine systems, and build practical tools to support meaningful change. We're here to light the match that leads to lasting transformation — one conversation, one action, one ally at a time. We're starting small, but our vision is bold. We invite others who feel the heat and see the cracks to join us. Culture change doesn’t happen in silence. Every voice matters.
