CultureArk - Digital Solutions for the arts, culture and heritage organisations. Working with the arts, culture and heritage to open up their works, archives & collections into the digital world, safely and with controlled access to these archives. Helping Archives, Galleries, Libraries, Corporate Collections, Designers & Museums preserve, promote and profit from their vast collections. We do this with our digital asset management software, CultureArk, which enables organisations to preserve, authenticate & to share their digital collections. Behind the scenes: CultureArk is built on a secure Trusted Digital Repository, in line with the specifications of the new digital preservation ISO 16363. It has a unique identifying tool to authenticate each digital file, giving proof of data ownership, document integrity and timestamping to certify the authenticity of digital files. The repository conforms to METS & Dublin Core metadata data inputs and is integrated into many 3rd party systems including Omeka, Wordpress, Dropbox and Stripe. Front of house: CultureArk offers individual online gallery, posting to social media calendars and integration with 3rd party systems for sharing & displaying, such as Omeka & Wordpress. Opportunities to add a new revenue stream, if required, can be achieved using the CultureArk print-on-demand individual gallery shopfront. Here, print reproductions, books and other merchandise can be sold by the collection owner. Controlled access is entirely in the hands of the collection owner. As specialists in fine art photography, archiving and preservation we have a digitisation studio. Our photo studio is fully mobile, for gallery quality reproductions at 384megapixels (7x higher resolution than many professional DSLR cameras).
