Culver Development is a General Contracting / Construction Company that was founded in Detroit, Michigan in 2003. We’ve made our name managing and completing developments and relationships including: Grand Casinos & Hotels, Municipalities, Hospitals, Parking Structures, and Automotive plant productions. All of these projects, many complex in scale, use our designed approach integrating all parties from conception. We keep all stakeholders informed on every aspect of the build out, continuously controlling costs, ensuring quality and the completion of projects on time – every time. Our management team at Culver Development is comprised of estimators, project superintendents and managers, and program managers that oversee several of our multi-million dollar projects in Michigan, the Midwest and across the United States. We are proficient in all aspects of general contracting, construction management and performance based contracts with a core focus on self-performance of concrete.
