Founded by a scientist turned fashion designer, Chinelo is passionate about sharing the joy and beauty the vibrancy of African prints brings to the world and is inspired by her love for everything Africa and her culture. The brand was born out of a desire to express her identify through fashion in an elegant, chic and modern style without losing its originality, hence living her true self through her style. Our mission is to inculcate the African culture through contemporary fashion with fabrics sourced locally from West Africa by creating unique and stylish ready to wear clothing for women. She wants the world to see “the African woman” through her creation; fierce, confident, elegant and unapologetic.
