Curijudi Services is an Indigenous-owned, Supply Nation-certified company committed to Closing the Gap by creating career pathways for Indigenous professionals in ICT consulting, IT labour hire, and professional services. Built on action, not just representation, we aim to connect Indigenous talent with industry, embed cultural awareness in business and government, and drive economic empowerment. Our current capabilities include IT consulting and labour hire, delivering high-quality services to clients while laying the foundation for broader Indigenous workforce participation. As we grow, we are working to expand our reach and create direct employment pathways for Indigenous professionals through government, industry, and community partnerships. Beyond business, we are committed to delivering greater community impact. A key focus is tackling youth suicide, supporting community-controlled organisations that provide mental health services and intervention programs. We also aim to build career pathways for Indigenous Australians, particularly students and job seekers, by strengthening industry connections, offering training, and creating long-term opportunities. We are working towards supporting rehabilitation programs, recognising that stable employment reduces reoffending, and creating pathways for formerly incarcerated individuals to reintegrate into the workforce. Expanding education access is another priority—by partnering with schools, universities, and trade colleges, we aim to provide alternative pathways into meaningful careers. Curijudi also aspires to help Stolen Generations survivors reconnect with culture, heritage, and identity, acknowledging the work already being done while contributing to healing and cultural restoration.
