We have also helped companies with other financial requests such as business plan development, Investor Relations, Public Relations, 211 filings and preparing private companies who wish to go public. The Curing Capital team has over 100 years of investment banking experience combined. Curing Capital is not a registered broker as defined by SEC, but is strictly a Consultant to its clients for various financial services. Curing Capital cannot assist clients negotiating the terms of any deal. Fees received by clients are mostly for introducing funders to them. Due diligence and terms of negotiations ultimately fall upon the parties involved, and Curing Capital disclaims any knowledge and responsibility for any terms ultimately entered into by the parties. Curing Capital has an extensive database of broker dealers, investment bankers, high net worth investors and angels both domestically and internationally that are contacted on a daily basis. Our specialty is serving companies that range from startups to under $50 Million in sales. We prefer publicly traded companies but are not adverse to taking on private companies.
