We created Custom Fire & Sprinkler Services Ltd. many years ago because we felt that there was an opportunity to provide our customers with a transparent, honest approach. We are proactive in our approach and take pride in honouring our commitments to our customers, whether it be timelines, consultative work, and any and all day-to-day fire protection needs. We endeavor to do everything right the first time. We value building and maintaining professional relationships with our customers. Above all, instead of having a boilerplate approach, we strive to customize our approach to the individual needs of our clients. We specialize in the design, installation, inspection, and servicing of sprinkler, fire alarm, and standpipe systems, as well as fire pumps, backflow preventers, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to address any service calls. Custom Fire & Sprinkler Services Ltd. is a proud member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA). Our CFAA registered technicians test and inspect fire alarm systems in accordance with CAN/ULC S536. Custom Fire & Sprinkler Services Ltd. is also accredited with Contractor Check and strives to maintain a zero lost-time injury rate by practicing a “safety first” corporate culture and constantly improving our health and safety practices.
