About Custom Metal Fabricators Inc
Providing fabrication to all of the Gulf Coast regions as well as the central U.S. corridor. The areas of practice are in the production pipe spool shop, ASME Coded pressure vessels, General Fabrication, Sheet Metal Fabrication, and Mechanical HVAC field services. WPS are as follows Pulse, Flux core, MiG, Tig, Stick. As well as having 3 sub arcs up to 20’ height welding capabilities as well as having several automatic welding manipulators. Almost all older equipment is in the process of being replaced at this time. The new equipment consist of 2 new Akypak angle rolls, 1 new sharp Vertical Mill, 1 New Sharp Radial Arm Drill, 1 new Ermasken shear up to 1/4”, 2 new Akypak Plate Rolls with capabilities up to 5/8” thick x 10’ wide, 2 Pirahna iron workers up to 1” thick 16 Miller pipeworxs machines and the existing machines consist of plate shears up to 5/8”, 2 press brakes up to 600 tons and 16’ long as well as several sheet metal roll forming machines. Custom Metal has WPS for almost every make of ferrous and non ferrous materials on the market as well as procedures for overlaying. Plasma cutting up to 3” thick as well as a host of smaller plasmas to cut light gauge materials. No job is to large nor to small and challenging jobs are preferred due to the fact that it allows our craftsmanship and team to display their talents.
